Terms of Service

I. FORUM
- You have access to reading the forums, except for private areas.
- When registered and logged in, you can post new topics or polls and answer or vote in previously created ones in the Forum and you will be able to access the chat and the private messages.
- You have the right to express yourself without offending other users.
- All kinds of publicity, attempts to get referrals and money exchange/requests are prohibited in Forum posts/topics. Spamming the forums and private messages with nonsense posts/messages is also prohibited.

II. USER ACCOUNT
- As your password must be kept secret from others, we store it in an irreversible format. In the unlikely event of someone hacking into your account, we will not be held responsible. When you request your password, EnglishBux will send you a new one to your email.
- You can only have one account. This also applies to your PayPal account which has to be unique and not shared with another user.
- You can only view ads using one IP address within a 24 hours period. On the other hand, you can use multiple IP addresses to login ( different PC ). Any attempt to do otherwise may lead to the termination of your account.
- Your email addresses will not be shown, given or sold.
- Accounts are not transferable and can not be sold.
- Users can not using false information when registering or changing their personal settings.
- Only one account per computer is allowed. If more than one account in a single computer try login, all of those accounts will be deleted.

III. USERS
- EnglishBux will provide at least 8 ADs per day for all members.
- You earn 0.005$ per site view as standard member and 0.0075$ as upgraded member.
- You can upgrade your membership for 4.90$ per 6 months. (prelaunch offer)

IV. REFERRALS
- You can earn only by your direct referrals, 0.0025$ per view as standard member and 0,0040$ as upgraded member.
- You can have unlimited direct referrals.
- You can buy referrals, this referrals are permanently yours.
- You must not send unsolicited email or force anyone in any other way into becoming your referral.
- A referral can not change or modify the member who referred him/her.

V. ANTI-CHEAT POLICY
- Each attempt, in any way, to hack into the system will be logged.
- Attempts to hack the system will result in account termination.
- If you are offering or found to be promoting or using any unauthorised third party software or services used to 'auto-click', 'auto-surf', 'ad-alert', or circumvent or defraud EnglishBux, your account will be terminated without notice.

VI. PAYMENTS TO USERS
- All payments are made via PayPal. No other method of payment is available at this time.
- All payments are made within 2 business days.
- Your PayPal account must be verified to request cashout.
- The minimum cashout is $2.
- You can request payments every 7 days.
- You need to post Payment Proof of EnglishBux on FORUM, before you request next payment.
- You must have a correct and existing AlertPay or PayPal email address. All payments go directly to user's email address and cannot be canceled.
- As EnglishBux member you agree that you are responsible for tax obligations in your country.

VII. ADVERTISEMENTS
- Advertisement can not have illegal content or frame breakers.
- EnglishBux provide unique user visits once per 24 hours.
- EnglishBux reserves the right to deny advertisements against the law.

VIII. PAYMENTS TO ENGLISHBUX
- All payments are to be made using PayPal or users account money.
- All payments are non-refundable, except for denied advertisements.

IX. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

- EnglishBux has right to suspend your account or temporary suspension of your membership for any reasonable violation of this Terms.
- All permanently suspended accounts are reset to zero. Permanently suspended users can not request any payments.
- All suspended accounts are archived and you cannot register using the same username or email addresses.
- EnglishBux will terminate all accounts of users after 60 days of inactivity (no login in 60 days).
